is there a code out there that can be used to make a image border wrap my site logo? the border i want to use i think is the one that currently wraps my blocks.

What you're seeing isn't so much a "wrap" as a collection of the above images (right-click and "copy image location" in firefox, to collect these--I think it's something like "copy image url" in IE).

If you have some graphics software skills you can simply surround your logo with these. Or you might be able to crack open your theme and look at how it uses these pictures--and copy that code to the area where your logo is (I'd go with the cut-and-paste in an image editor method).
