When editing or adding content to the module Article Manager I suddenly started getting the message:

When I went to articles.php line 299 I found the following code:

$xoopsDB->query($sql) or $eh->show("0013");
I have no idea what this is all about but I suspect it might be connected to changes made in mainfile.php awhile back. Essentially all I did was change myurl.com to
http://www.myurl.com in effort to overcome a different problem. After that I updated all modules.
Could anyone explain what this is all about? I'm using XOOPS 2.0.9.2 and article manager version 0.17
