Fatal error: system_blocks.php HELP!!!

I am doing a maintenance on my XOOPS website and know I cannot log in on it. I get the message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/cyber-mi/public_html/modules/system/blocks/system_blocks.php on line 337

What I did wrong? How can I fixed?
Please, help me out.
