Problems with the partners's block

I have no more incovenients to upload jpg or jpeg images (I suppose it was a linux's problem) but now I'm trying to put more than one partner in the partner's block and don't know how. Sometimes the two banners appears together but both in the left side but very little, one on the top and the other on the bottom's block, while the right side is empty.
How can I fix it?

I'm trying to put more than one partner in the partner's block and don't know how. I want that the two little banners appears together, one on the left side and the other on the right side. But now, both of them are in the left side and apears one or the other, while the partner block's right side is blank.
