Hey y'all...

I transfert to a new ISP.., all for the better...

I backed-up everything and uploaded the lot to it's new home.
The lot being all the files and the DB. Everything is there and when I go to the URL (http://www.lagor.nl) I can login with my admin account using /user.php.

However, when I come to the site as an anonymous user there are no blocks.., only the layout of the site..

I think I checked everything and in fact it is a copy of my old website (except I used the latest XOOPS version, so maybe there is a DB problem here).

Checked the Groups and the Blocks and the Modules.., again.., when I login as admin I do see everything...

Any thoughts/suggestions would be most welcome...
