Top limit of topics in AMS reached ?!

I can add and can't use more than 12 topics in AMS.
All topics added and visisble in admin, but missing in topics selector on creating article. What is wrong with my hands?

Are you talking 12 topic deep, or just 12 topics in total? Keep in mind that when submitting an article, only topics for which you have the submit permission for will be shown in the drop down list.

Ups... mea culpa... After adding topic I forgot about permissions. Issue solved, but maybe you can find answer on one more question?
Why I get 10 columns instead 2, when I select "2-column view of index page"?

Yikes ! That isn't right . Are you using classic or view by topic view? Are you using custom templates? Have you tried updating the module in XOOPS module admin?

I cannot reproduce this crazy error . Do you get any errors when using the debug modes?

I had some weird formatting problems once, it was due to the extra templates from the template bug of XOOPS 2.0.9. Could that be the case here?

Nothing terrible in PHP-debug

and currently (with some amount of articles) I get 4 columns with different width (some rows filled with 4 articles, some - have 1 or 2, without predictable system)

No, it was fresh install of 2.0.9.2 (full 9.2, i.e 7.3 patched to 9.0, 9.0 -> 9.1, 9.1 -> 9.2)
