hi, i would like a very simple way for registered and anonymous users to post feedback about the website.
what module will be the best fitted for this ?
i want something separate from the forum.

I guess the contact module would accomplish this target though the feedback would not be publicly visible.
Otherwise you could choose to allow feedback to specific news articles by anonymous users.

The obvious module would be a guestbook of some sort. It has public access and not connected to aspecific module like the comments system. There are a few available, do a search or check out the modules repository.
