Changing Block Titles?

I am trying to find a way of changing the default block titles to new title names. For example, for the Recent News block I would like to change the title from "Recent News" to "This Just In The News", and so on. Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

System Admin -> Blocks -> Edit the block you want to edit.

if I got your point it's piece of cake

click on "edit" link on the very right of the blocks admin system menu

there just change the title, the weight, the block location, the cashe options, viw the template... whatever!!

Thanks for the quick responses. In fact i had tried that before but i was looking at block name instead of block title. My mistake.

I have another question also having to do with blocks. I would like to replace the text title with a custom image in the title row of the block. Any suggestions?
