I have having trouble getting my page to the way i would like it set up. I have included a photo trying to show what it is. Can someone please explain how because when I do each as a block it doesn't line up and if I put a pic in the block it goes other places on the site but within the block.

how are you designing your theme?

have a read thru the faq etc and if ur still at a loss come back and possibly provide a url where we can download your theme.html file & style.css

Yeah I'm total lost. Im new to XOOPS and don't know too much about php. I downloaded my template from
http://www.wolfpackclan.com/wolfactory/modules/mydownloads/singlefile.php?cid=26&lid=52

Stats
