To make anonymous cannot read forum

I want to set the main page of my website that anonymous can read the topics of the most update and most read of forum, but cannot read the contents, only registered users can read the contents.

This is what your user preferences set up can do. Go to your site admin, click on system menu - groups. Click on modify 'anonymous' users and then tock the boxes under module and block access rights. This is where you say an anonymous user can see...x y z...(blocks) but to have full access rights to a module the ticks must be in this section too.

You would benefit a lot from reading Xoops operation guide
