Blocks Administration problem

when i change the Visible section at the blocks administration for the anonymous users, it automatically changes it for the registered users too! what can i do to have seperate options for registered and anonymous users?

it seems you have some problems with block management if you want have a better control in your blocks (especially coustom blocks) please use blocks admin module

The "visible" drop-down in blocks administration is a filter it does not change any permissions.

If you want a block to be visible to a certain group only, you will need to set the group permissions accordingly in system admin -> groups

I have made a Custom Block (plain text) to be shown to anonymous users. I tried EVERY f*****g way to display it, but I can't. Used: Blocks Administration, blocks admin, group permitions but I can't. Any idea?
