A couple of members are having a problem on the forum of my site it is the newbb forum same as one used here. The error they are getting is as follows

"Insert post error:INSERT INTO xoops_bb_posts ( post_id, pid, topic_id, forum_id, post_time, uid, poster_ip, poster_name, subject, dohtml, dosmiley, doxcode, doimage, dobr, icon, attachsig, attachment, approved, post_karma, require_reply) VALUES (0, 240, 20, 1, 1105124817, 35, 407152066, '', 'Re: test', 0, 1, 1, 1, 1, '', 0, '', 1, 0, 0) ©"

And nothing will post. Now with one of the members he can post from other machines just gets this error on one of his pcs. The other member only has one PC and he is getting the same error.

Has anyone run into a similar problem and if so do you know what I should tell those two members as a solution?
