I know I'll lose attachments etc, but is there a way to convert the database back to Newbb?

as i know still there is no downgrade script for newbb2.
maybe its better you send a feature at dev.xoops.org in the project for it

Currently there is no script available and i don´t now if we have time to do this, but why do you want to downgrade? I have visit you site and it looks well to me, also the performance seems to be good.

I'll probably stay. Just worried about speed of the site. The site is currently hosted on my DSL line with a P4 and 1Gb of Ram. Thanks for the kind words! The site is undergoing a redesign at the moment, new theme in the works.
