Hi i currently host about 12 XOOPS powered sites and i having issues with the lastest version 2.0.9.2 sending activation mails with any option. 2.0.7.3 and 2.0.9 send the emails fine but this latest version will not send the activation mails.... any ideas

Enable PHP debug. Does that display any errors?

have not enabled that but XOOPS says it sent the mail succesfully, but my mailserver returns the mail with a 550 error.

Hmmm. A 550 SMTP error means relay is not allowed, so for some reason. Are all these sites on the same server? Can you post the header information from your bounce message?

its sending off my own server there is no relaying? its delevering over localhost which is allowed im ONLY having issues with this domain that is the only one running 2.0.9.2......

Post the bounce header information and we should be able to see more.

only does it on this domain, all another domain can send mail with XOOPS fine i even updated my personal site to 2.0.9.2 still works fine......

they can send mail with outlook with no issues.

but using SMTPauth with the same username and password he used to send me a test mail with outlook and this
