Hello,

I would like to move all of the modules onto the root of my server so that URL's don't have the annoying '.../modules/...' address. What is necessary to accomplish this?

Thanks for your time...

A lot of hacking and slashing, not an easy thing to accomplish in the XOOPS code. You could always use an URL rewrite engine like mod_rewrite for apache. Do a search on this site for mod_rewrite and you'll find some modules for this.

Herko,

Thanks....that's what I was afraid of. I will try one of the other options you suggested, sounds like that will work just fine. (although I don't remember if my godaddy package included IIS or Apache...guess I'll find out. :)

Regards,

greg
