I just installed MyAlbum-P. I get the message, "Error: Photos are too big or some troubles about configuration has occurred" when I attempt an upload. I made sure my photo was small (10K) and the right size (320x460) so I didn't exceed the limits.

Check 'GD2' work correctly under your GD bundled with PHP
If the page linked from here don't display correctly, you should give up working your GD as truecolor mode.

The GD2 thingy works fine. I cannot use ImageMagik or NetBPM natively. (I suppose I could load them local.)
