Change "logout/homepage" links in admin menu

I have a flash intro on my site, so my homepage is actually, domain.com/home.php. I want to change the link in the admin menu (the one at the top next to logout) from domain.com to domain.com/home.php so that I don't have to sit through the flash intro everytime. Does anyone know where I would change this?
