Module Admin No longer showing All/new Modules

I've been installing new modules with no problem, then all of a sudden it seems like module admin is no longer showing available modules or new ones -- only the active ones.

I check in groups and everything is checked for me admin.

Maybe it's a browser or proxy thing. You might want to push your shift button when you click on reload in your browser. It gets the latest page then. Just a thought.....

Turns out it was a new module thing. The problem happened after I installed the addressbook module. I uninstalled it and the problem stopped.
