I installed AntiDoS-P 1.1 and it did not install correctly
now I have a bad module in Modules Administration. I tried
to uninstall it. I have removed it from the module directory
but it still there.

You'll need to run the uninstall script, so you'll need to put the module back in the modules directory. Post back when you've done this. Note that this may take some manual database editing, so get yourself an editor like PHPMyAdmin or something.

I went into phpmyadmin > Table xoops_modules and ran a Search for the "last_update" found the MOD listed there and
I deleted it. I no longer have the problem with the MOD
showing up "missing" in Modules Administration.
