Incorrect info in the "Contact" form

Has anyone else had a problem with the Contact module inputting info from a different user all the time?

I have tested this on my site, and the same user always populates the name and email boxes, etc. I can't for the life of me figure out why.

Has anyone else seen this?

I believe that the form population is cookie related, and have no idea how another user would have that cookie.
