well I nor anyone that has ftp access to my site del the class folder so anyideas or should I roll back my site

Hi,

You should verify the permissions on the following folders :
template_c and uploads

I tiwll not let me change thee permissions so I am going to try it in my cp

The install docs will tell you what the rights should be but the /cache and /templates_c directories should be 777.

You are showing a mix of forward slashes and backslashes in the error message. Your mainfile.php is likely incorrect. Assuming that the physical path is indeed correct you should be using forward "/" slashes in mainfile.php.
