I run a non-profit online gaming clan for all but the youth is spliting off into their own clan now. We would like to find someone that has the time to dev a theme for their new site based on the World Wars (mainly WWII). Willing to pay for your time if need be.

I can help out. I found some cool ww2 templates that I can adapt to what you were needing.

Looking great, Can you make it so it resizes to their screen though? Hate to waste property like that.

I think that would help out a lot.

Keep in mind that you WILL run into scalability issues when using full screen dynamic themes. Using fixed width themes might look like a waste of real estate, but at least you can garantee that 800x600 and 1600x1200 users are going to see your site content laid out the same way.
