I am looking for a real estate listing module.

Is pretty much what I want, but do not know what the module is. Any help here?

This site is a modified XOOPS site if you look closely, the realty module is the one offered for sale here a while ago it works good .
I purchased it , the site I purchased it at http://www.liquidfx.com is still out.
I have created my own site usging this realty module, if you want to take a look at it the addy is :

http://realtytest.tricrosian.com

if you know php and the XOOPS system perhaps we can collaborate and share info.

I tied to go to the site Jmass posted, but it is not working.
The liquidfx.com site I went to is some photographer's site.

What gives?

The Real Estate module on Folsomliving.com appears to be an xDirectory variation. I've tried to contact builderb about getting the module variations, coupons etc. with no luck - so far. It seems like I saw a post a while back where he was going to sell the module adds-ins at some point, but I can’t keep waiting, so I thought I would give it a try.

So far, I've just hacked xDirectory to allow you to include more than one instance of the directory. The second directory is called guide and I am working on further more specific variations for my site, but I have made the hack available on my site for those who are interested.

You can see the work in Progress at http://www.advenquest.com – under the Resort Guides menu item. You need to register to download the module.

Thanks for the input. I had thought it was a modified xDirectory. If the author is not available, and there is no longer a sale of the module, would you be willing to share yours?

The module MUST be GPL by law, so there is no legal problem with sharing it. The only concern would be upsetting someone, and if he is no longer offering it for sale, or no longer in businessl..... Why not share the module?

I have been deciding on the next mod to convert/write for XOOPS. Check out CAFE REAL ESTATE - this is a demo site for the most part, and yes it is in PHPNuke, but the real estate mod that is run there is one I am thinking of converting. It's not a ton of work, just getting everything in the right place. It sort of gives you the MLS feel - without the MLS overhead. That site is incidently going to be changing to XOOPS if I do this mod right away. It will be converted to a FSBO site.

Let me know! I'm looking for suggestions on the next cool widget for XOOPS! XOOPS @ IBDeeming!
