Fresh install,

I get presented with this:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected $, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or '{' or '$' in /home/??????/public_html/bushh/partners/kernel/configoption.php on line 109

Any suggestions?

make sure the files weren't corrupted during the transfer, or redownload the package and reupload that file... It's been tested and tried too many times for this to be a real bug, so we need to look for other causes

I took more time and uploaded it directory at a time, this fixed the problem.
