Changing master template

I have looked in the forum but cant work this out. Is there some type of configuration manual.

Anyway what I am trying to do is find out how I change the master css for the site. i want to change <h1>.

css? you can edit your style.css

it's in xoops_folder/themes/<theme folder>/style.css

There is an Anatomy of the Default Theme guide available on the [url=http://docs.xoops.org/modules/xdocman/]Documentation site[/ur], which includes a description of the CSS in the back.
