I'm new to XOOPS and trying to learn the system. I have read through the new guide and it looks great. However I seem to be doing something wrong.
I found a new theme that I like. I uploaded the uncompressed them to a new folder in the same location as the other theme folders. I went into admin and set the theme for the homepage to be the new theme. When the new theme appears - there are no blocks in the left or right side. When I login there is no admin box on the side to make changes to the system. Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
