MyDownloads V2.1 can't delete categories

I can't seem to delete categories after creating them with MyDownloads V2.1. I select them and press the delete button but the categories still appear in the "Modify Existing Category" drop down menu as well as the "Create as SUB-Category in:" drop down. I'm using 2.0.6...
