A decent shoutbox

Until now i still can't find a decent shoutbox or floodbox or tagboard module.

the one exist seems to be under-develop in terms of customization in admin and the interface is quite bad. there doesn't seem to have a template.

it looks messy when there are lots of post in the shoutbox.
