I want to use XOOPS in commercial project.
How can I do this?
As I see it is free only for non-commercial use.

You can use XOOPS for ANY purpose, commercial and non-commercial. The XOOPS license puts no restrictions on that. Some restrictions apply to the availability of the source code. But not for use So you can use it for any commercial project.

What you can't do is put restrictions on what your client does with the source code. You can sell XOOPS if you can find someone willing to pay for something they can get for free here), but you can't tell them not to redistribute the code.
