i just started a new website for freelance cms projects.. i am looking for XOOPS developers to register and handle any requests for XOOPS websites and modifications.. if interested the website ishttp://www.cmslance.com

i am not trying to shamefully advertise, i am trying to organize a group of programmers who know what they are doing and give them a way to make some money.

I have to be honest, when all you ask for is an e-mail adresss on your sign-up in your "looking for work", it screams scam.

You might want to rethink your sign-up process, I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets this impression from a site asking only for an e-mail, even if it does say step one.
