i installed XOOPS and i am setting all my stuff but i wanted to use another theme different from the default one so i downloaded some from here,but i cant seem to be able to 'upload' or install them can somebody explain me how please, maybe i am retarded but i can't get it myself and the instructions in the manual didn't helped me to understand how to 'DO' it really...

I hope someone will help PLEASE!!

themes live in the /themes directory. Each theme has its own folder (also used as the name of the theme). To install a new theme extract the archive to the /themes directory, then go to
System -> Preferences -> General Settings and choose it as your new theme.

* One gotcha - while in General Settings, make sure your desired theme is one of the "Selectable themes"

dang it worked i dunno why it didnt work for and why i was doing somethign completly different thanks a lot man! i am safe now, hopefully the rest will work now...
