Hi,

How do I set the XOOPS up so the Login Block will show on every page before log in. and after log in the login block should not be shown again on any pages.

System Admin>Blocks

Look for the login block and set it for all pages.

Then go to System Admin>Groups and set anonymous to see the login block, and registered users not see the login block.
