I can not see the right hand blocks configured correctly in the Admin Panel- Blocks

Can sombody help me with a quick fix ??

I would like to have 3 columns:
one on the left, one in the middle and one on the right of the page. I order the configuration in the admin panel for the blocks, but the right side blocks (= 3rd column) does not appear, viewing the start-web-page.

What's wrong ??
