Custom Theme Block Center Center Help.

I'm currently using the x2t but for my site I would like 2 custom blocks to appear on the top and bottom of the top page.

The problem I have is that I have forum blocks center right and center left. Custom blocks will under any weight be below the forum blocks.

Can someone give me a clue to solve this?
