How do I make an avatar a default avatar? IE if a user didn't choose an avatar, the default avatar will be assigned?

Great idea! I don't think anything like this is implemented but it would be really nice.

Hehe, figured it out. Just change the blank.gif in /uploads to be your new default avatar, or change it in xoops_users table, it points to blank.gif.
