I'm looking at using XOOPS for a club sports team site, but it is really a "superclub" that has four separate teams in it. I.E., men's team, women's team, HS girl's team, HS boys team.

Many items are common to all teams, but news, schedules, etc.. are different for each.

Any suggestions for the best way to organize the site to handle this?

if you want to have different content sections, use topics features and link to different topics each.

if you do want to have diffenrent groups accessing or editing diffenrent modules (content areas) use clones of eg. contentmodules.

it's actually not that easy to clone modules, but there are some modules around which are easy cloneable. use search funktion in this site for eg. tinycontent clone ..
