News Module with Spotlight Facility

Hi,

When is the news module with spotlight is releasing. I heared that News 1.4 has this facility buts its been longtime that its not been released... is there any technical problem, when can we expect it to be out for all. Though i have seen few sites with such facility i have no idea whether its the same news module which mithrndir is working on or its some other.. can devs/mods throw somelights on it.

Vinit,

Yes, the next release of the news module will include the Spotlight feature. This will be in the 1.3 then 1.4 version.
I'm sorry but I will not be able to give you a release date, don't forget, we are developping this on our free time.
BUT, the spotlight module exists separately, use the search and you will find it.

Hello,

Not sure to understand.... Download the spotlight module, install it and use it... What's more ?

You will find this modulfe easily with the search available on this site I think.

Thx hervet.. indeed its spotlight module.. i thought its the news module with spotlight feature.. Well did installed the Spotlight module from WF Projects. Its working great. :)

Spotlight will be in the version 1.3 of the news module.
