Is there a module for reporting problems and status issues? One of my users has expressed the request for a way for other users to shout up about problems they have, and then he can report on these issues as and when they are fixed or adjusted. Any ideas? Does one exists and where can I get it?

Maybe Mantis Bug Tracker port for XOOPS (it is in beta) or zenTrackXoops are what you need. On the other hand I've never used either of those so maybe they're not what you need. BTW, at first glance they look quite complex...
