Hello! I am a noob to xoops, and I have a question :)

Ok so. I got a form that user need to fill in. And there are 3 states. Just like this page exemple . Now as you expect I would like to do something like that with xoops. I read Xoops for Dummies but am not sure which technique to use, and what about the variable passing, if I use php to keep the varibles for each states, and finally send all the info to someone, what are the steps that I have to do , because If I understand, I need to start a session and then store those values from the forms.

Anyway thanks in advance for any advice or technique that can help me on doing this.
