Is there any file for me to add a counter in all the pages at once?

Hi,

The easier method will be to use a counter inside a block.
Use the search available on this site to see if you can find a counter module.

Alternatively ...

install a counter module and set its visibility to 'all pages'
then position the counter block somewhere discreetly like bottom side panel.
