news module blank after upgrading php

Hi,
I just upgraded php from 4.3.3 to 4.3.8, supposedly just security and minor changes.
Now the news module just shows up as a blank pane. Everything else works fine. Any idea where I should look to figure this out?

Yeah, a couple of my modules now have a blank page, I took them down until I figure out whats going on...

Hi Erek,

Could you turn on the php debug mode of XOOPS to see if you have error messages ?
