Hello,

I'm relatively new to XOOPS - working on my first XOOPS site. I've just about got it finished, but there's one odd bug that I can't seem to fix. After a user does a search, the search results pages doesn't use the theme of the site. All other pages on the site are successfully using the theme, but not the search results page.

Does anyone have any idea what causes this and how I can fix it? I can provide access to the site if you need it - just shoot me a message and let me know.

Thanks in advance,
-mike

That is a bit strange. Can you turn on php debugging and report any errors you find in this thread?

Many thanks

Stew,

That was the clue I needed to get this solved - I never bothered to turn on PHP debugging before, I now see how powerful it is!

The problem was that I had previously duplicated the "news" module (long story, but I needed two of them) and I had neglected to update the search function in the duplicated module. I fixed that and now it is working.

Thanks for the shove in the right direction.
