Tiny Content Menu

I have installed Tiny Content and added some pages by pasting the html into the add content. I stated that they should be visible.

In system admin/blocks I have stipulated that the tiny content menu should be visible.

However I do not get a menu appearing?

Does anyone know why this is??

I guess it woud help if I was logged in and not accidentally looking at it as an anonymous user who doesn't have access rights to that block.
