WordPress user accounts are not fully integrated with XOOPS user accounts so that you may say ,now.
But, WordPress user accounts are semi-automatically created following way.
1. The XOOPS User who installed WordPress module will registerd as a administrator
2. Other XOOPS Users will get WordPress user accounts when they select a "Submit blog" menu at first time.
Their WordPres userlevel depends on which XOOPS group they blong to.
WordPress userlevel is matched with a XOOPS group on a module admin screen.
Once a WordPress user account is created, if you want to chage WordPress userlevel, you have to chenge userlevel on a WordPress Users Menu.
WordPress userlevel 0 means, he has no rights to post.
WordPress userlevel 1 means, he has rights to post.
WordPress userlevel 2 means, he has rights to post and can edit userlevel 1 members posts.
WordPress userlevel 10 means, he has rights to admin.
