Hello... and thanks to anyone that can help me...

I'm trying to edit the welcome/verification message that is sent to new users when they register. I have looked through XOOPS docs and through the system and cannot find where/how to edit the message.

Does anyone have any advice/suggestions/instruction on how to change this welcome message/verification message so that it does not read like this:

"Fill this text area with a greeting to your new users. Make sure to include an address to your web site so they can log in."

Where is this text area????
