Hello all.

I am unable to get modules to install and I get this error.

Can anyone help me with this error?

yep.. sounds like either a permission problem or the file isn't there or has been corrupted somehow..

check in xoops_root/class/database folders to see if the file sqlutility.php is missing or whether the permission is set right (CHMOD 755)

if not or is corrupted then just copy it back from the original XOOPS installation pack..
