I am using XOOPS on my site, http://www.RADIOIV.com; which I integrated with SAM2 broadcaster. I would like to add another forum, like PHpbb, can I install that in a separate database then link to it from xoops? Will this cause any problems with Xoops?

what forum do you use now? may i ask why you need to have 2 separate forums?

if you want to have both forums installed on the same site, why not get the phpbb module for XOOPS from bbpixel? it coexists just fine with newbb, from my tests.
