Changing a modules language? Like french to english? Is it Possible?

I did a search on this and couldnt find anything. I like the horoscope module i found it on sourceforge (xoops2-mod_horoscope_v2_0_0_melkahdor_and_sylvain_b.zip)but the only problem is its in french is there a way to modify this? or does anyone know of another horoscope module?

yes of course you can change this. You have to duplicate the language "french" folder to "english".
You can after this translate the files in the english folder.

Well that sounds simple enough but im sure what you mean translate the files in the english folder, I know very little french so how would i accomplish this exactly ? i appreciate your help, thanks :).

You did ask if there was a way to get it into English - and there is

Unfortunately, it does require some knowledge of the French language
