XOOPS, can anyone figure out my problem?

I installed my XOOPS at www.hkbizz.com, but unfortunately,

1) I can only find “test” file in my “mysql” program, there is no XOOPS file. However, when I go to c: mysql/data there is a XOOPS file. Why?

2) When I want to enter the administrator control panel after I login, the page saying “this is your first time going to the admin area, pls follow the instruction to proceed”. But when I press the “proceed” button, nothing happen and the same page occur again. Why?

Can anyone help me, pls?

1) Are you logging into MySQL with a user with privileges for that database?

2) Are you using a software firewall, which is blocking your HTTP Referrer from that site? (Most software firewalls do per default and will need to be configured to allow it on a per-site basis - loads of threads about this, so do a search for "Software Firewall" and/or "HTTP Referrer" (Possibly "Referer", too) and you should find out how to do this, if you don't know already)

For

1) At MySQL program, at "enviroment page" my "local user name" is "administrator".

at my.ini setup" page, I can only find:

mysqld]
basedir=C:/mysql
#bind-address=192.168.0.1
datadir=C:/mysql/data
#language=C:/mysql/share/your language directory #slow query log#= #tmpdir#=
#port=3306
#set-variable=key_buffer=16M
[WinMySQLadmin]
Server=C:/mysql/bin/mysqld-nt.exe
user=root
password=

-------------------------------------
My mainfile.php is as below:

if ( !defined("XOOPS_MAINFILE_INCLUDED") ) {
define("XOOPS_MAINFILE_INCLUDED",1);

// XOOPS Physical Path
// Physical path to your main XOOPS directory WITHOUT trailing slash
define('XOOPS_ROOT_PATH', 'C:/Inetpub/wwwroot');

// XOOPS Virtual Path (URL)
// Virtual path to your main XOOPS directory WITHOUT trailing slash
define('XOOPS_URL', 'http://www.hkbizz.com');

define('XOOPS_CHECK_PATH', 0);
// Protect against external scripts execution if safe mode is not enabled
if ( XOOPS_CHECK_PATH && !@ini_get('safe_mode') ) {
if ( function_exists('debug_backtrace') ) {
$xoopsScriptPath = debug_backtrace();
if ( !count($xoopsScriptPath) ) {
die("XOOPS path check: this file cannot be requested directly");
}
$xoopsScriptPath = $xoopsScriptPath[0]['file'];
} else {
$xoopsScriptPath = isset($_SERVER['PATH_TRANSLATED']) ? $_SERVER['PATH_TRANSLATED'] : $_SERVER['SCRIPT_FILENAME'];
}
if ( DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR != '/' ) {
// IIS6 may double the \ chars
$xoopsScriptPath = str_replace( strpos( $xoopsScriptPath, '\\\\', 2 ) ? '\\\\' : DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR, '/', $xoopsScriptPath);
}
if ( strcasecmp( substr($xoopsScriptPath, 0, strlen(XOOPS_ROOT_PATH)), str_replace( DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR, '/', XOOPS_ROOT_PATH)) ) {
exit("XOOPS path check: Script is not inside XOOPS_ROOT_PATH and cannot run.");
}
}

// Database
// Choose the database to be used
define('XOOPS_DB_TYPE', 'mysql');

// Table Prefix
// This prefix will be added to all new tables created to avoid name conflict in the database. If you are unsure, just use the default 'xoops'.
define('XOOPS_DB_PREFIX', 'xoops');

// Database Hostname
// Hostname of the database server. If you are unsure, 'localhost' works in most cases.
define('XOOPS_DB_HOST', 'localhost');

// Database Username
// Your database user account on the host
define('XOOPS_DB_USER', 'root');

// Database Password
// Password for your database user account
define('XOOPS_DB_PASS', '');

// Database Name
// The name of database on the host. The installer will attempt to create the database if not exist
define('XOOPS_DB_NAME', 'xoops1');

// Use persistent connection? (Yes=1 No=0)
// Default is 'Yes'. Choose 'Yes' if you are unsure.
define('XOOPS_DB_PCONNECT', 0);

define('XOOPS_GROUP_ADMIN', '1');
define('XOOPS_GROUP_USERS', '2');
define('XOOPS_GROUP_ANONYMOUS', '3');

if (!isset($xoopsOption['nocommon'])) {
include XOOPS_ROOT_PATH."/include/common.php";
}
}
?>

For your first question, no idea.

For your second one, it's usually caused by non-writable attribute of cache folder. (I guess you are the one I answered at hiweed.com? did it work?)

There is no such cache folder under windows directory, but I have checked the chache folder under wwwroot. The cache has already modify and writable.

Any more idea, I have stuck for about a week?
