actually i just wanted to have some feedback here about newbb pro and newbb 2. and 1 thing - newbb pro+xoops 2.0.7+create new thread=blank screen. am i good at maths? lol

xoops has only official forum module: newbb (1, 2[in beat now])

well, newbb 2 is in beta so long... there was no modifications since 17.05.2004 so? when may be the next beta? there are a lot of errors in beta 2. i tried to use it with XOOPS 2.0.7 - nothing. works only its 50%.

can you tell me when will be the next beta?

Well you know how it is with software development and giving dates

Predator was talking about some weeks. That was in mid may ... so it might be close.

it has been quite awhile, i've been waiting for predator to update the cvs with the next beta or release so i can play with a working release.

he said a week or 2 ago in the dev forum that he would update cvs that week, lol.. he is working hard on it tho, cus he showed us a test site that looked nice.

well. it will be ok if it will be on this week... i am waiting so long, cause i think, that the main parts of XOOPS are wfsections and newbb (content and forum). and i want to say that wfsections are good. i like them so much! but forum... well, there are only a few functions (talking about newbb 1.0). so, xoopsers! WE ARE WAITING!

and thanks for this module again...

don't remember the url, been a few weeks since i saw it, and i dunno if it's free to give out, since it was posted in the dev forum

but hopefully he'll update the files soon, we'll see. he seems to be stretched pretty thin right now, plus a real job (i gather), which always slows things down noticeably, esp for me, lol

There is one url that for sure is free and there are several postings in that demo forum ... but i don´t remember either and it is not in my history anymore.

I´ve been there about 1-2 weeks ago ... bad memory. Sorry ...
